SteriPax was founded in 1994 based on the need for a service-oriented medical device packaging company. Our commitment remains to provide the highest quality products faster and more reliable than our competitors. We understand that exceptional service along with minimizing lead times are the foundation for building a solid business relationship.

To provide exceptional service for our customers we maintain sufficient raw material inventories to minimize the bottleneck of fluctuating material lead times. When required, customer-specific inventory programs can be created to reduce lead times. This successful formula has allowed SteriPax to decrease material lead times and increase our service levels.

Our product lines are focused towards the medical device, diagnostic, pharmaceutical and cannabis industries which include pouches, header bags, lids for thermoformed trays along with other specialty products.

Fastest Lead Times in the Industry

Managing the SteriPax lead times is an ongoing process. Our goal is to provide lead times that meet or beat our customer’s project timelines and to be an industry leader with the lowest lead times. Our ability to minimize our lead times is achieved by efficient management of raw material inventory along with continuous improvement of our pre-processing, processing and post processing manufacturing steps.

We pride ourselves to be an extension of our customers manufacturing process. Our team understands that connecting early with customers regarding their lead time requirement for each project generates the best possible communication scenario and manufacturing outcome.

Quality System

Our company culture emphasizes the importance of repeatable, high quality products that exceed our customers' expectations. Product quality assurance includes seal strength and integrity testing utilizing

burst, tensile/pull (supported and unsupported), dye penetration and bubble emission testing equipment.

Additional testing and validation services are reviewed/quoted upon request. In-process test data is available for each manufactured lot.
